So…what the heck is it!? The G-spot is a small, ridged area of spongy tissue found 2-3 inches inside the vagina, on its upper wall, just behind the pubic bone. Stimulation to the g-spot can cause slight discomfort while still a foreign sensation. Some even experience a strong urge to urinate.
