SWEAT – 2nd Annual Can I Kick It?
Sooooo what’s the best shoe to workout in? SNEAKERS! Or “tennis shoes” as my folks down South, in the Midwest and out West call ‘em. To highlight the most important aspect of your workout regimen, we created Can I Kick It? It’s all about your “sneaker fresh”. This year is our second annual event and we have much in stored. Just like any other SWEAT event, you can take a SWEAT Class – which will be headed by Ben Elie of Taurean Fitness – get your blood pressure checked, get tested for HIV (in confidence), and receive a mini chair massage by our sister brand, GRAE Therapy. Who knew working out could be this fun!? Oh wait, you didn’t realize dance was a form of cardio!?

Yes folks, you can get your PAR-TAY on and still burn some calories while you’re at it. That’s what SWEAT is all about. Being who you are, while feeling and looking good doing it. There’s no limitation in HOW you SWEAT. Dance is such a liberating action. You let the music take you, and let go. AND while you’re having such a grand ol’ time, you’re getting fit. How dope is that!?
I hope to see you SWEAT June 2. We’ll be shouting out the Geminis. I mean, the event is only $10 and you don’t even have to go out and find a dress, or get your suit cleaned. You can come just as you are…sneaks, tee, jeans or even your workout gear. Yes folks, it’s that kind of party. So be shy…
