Notes from the Editor: Being Good to You
Many of us on a day-to-day basis, complain about how people treat us.
What about how we treat ourselves?
We carry these huge loads on our backs and hearts, hurting no one but ourselves. Scientific studies (I don’t know which one) show that people that take care of themselves live longer than people that don’t give themselves a break.
So take a YOU Day, some take time out for yourself : turn off your phone, take a walk, blow some bubbles, go get a massage… (I’d prefer a day) but even if its only one hour, it will do your mind and body good.
