Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to eat vegetables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I think it is important to eat right: but do we? NO! Whenever I think of eating healthy or eating “right” i think of tofu. However, now I am more aware of what I am eating.
I love Mickey D’s fries, but I know that I can’t eat them everyday (even though I wish I could). This article made me want to be a conscious eater instead of just eating on the go.
Take the time to learn what you are putting into your body.
Take care of your body and your body will take care of you.
Moderation is key!

This is a good article… a good switch up from cookies and brownies ( I should know.. lol) it nuts.. all types, Macadamian, peanuts, almonds. Baked almonds are great! I like mixing my peanuts with raisins. Peanuts improve hair growth and raisins are a natural cleanser. There is nothing wrong with trying all types of new snacks. This month is peanuts and raisins, next month might be pomegranate juice and protein bars. Eating in moderation is the key with well balanced physical activies. Make sure you get that walk, jog, lope, trot, run in today!!
