2. The Library
3. Cars
Especially cars because people seem to lose their minds doing all that tweeting while driving.
Elevators – I do not want to hear about your friends life this early in the morning.
Restaurants – How can I put my drink down if there is no room because your phone is on the table? Also, if you are that uber busy then get a quick meal at McD’s or BK
Clubs – If the person you are talking/texting wanted to hear from you after 11pm they would be in the club with you! Clearly they are not interested.
